  • Can I register without doing it over the website?

    No – We have made the process much easier than ever before with everything online. The requirements around waivers and ensuring your details are 100% is our priority and hence the need to use online. This also makes for a far smoother check-in process for you. Register via Race Roster

  • When and where do I receive my Race Pack?

    Race Pack collection is mandatory for ALL entrants. This is held on Saturday before the race, at JEZZINE BARRACKS, The Strand from 11am till 4pm.

  • Can someone else pick up my Race Pack?

    Yes someone else can pick up your race pack if you cannot due to work reason or other personal reasons. Just make sure you bring the confirmation email of the entrant.

  • Can you post me the Race Pack?

    NO — due the high risk of parcels getting lost we dont offer this.



  • Course Map

    Course map will be available to view closer to the event. You will find all course maps available here.

  • How can I get automatic updates?

    Subscribe to our e-newsletter on the bottom of this page and of course once you enter we send updates closer to race day.

  • Parking info & road closures

    Visit the Race Info Page.

  • Are there sports drinks available?

    Drink stops are located at approximately 5km intervals along the course. Special drinks will be available for the marathon and half marathon only.

  • Can I buy Gels at the Expo?

    YES you sure can.

  • Is there a special drinks area for the Longer Runs ie Marathon & Half Marathon?

    Your special drinks can be left at Registration on Saturday, 6th August or up until 4.45am Sunday, 7th August. Please place your drinks – marked with your race number and the Drink Stop (DS) number – in the boxes provided. Drink Stops (DS1, DS2 etc) are marked on the course maps provided.

  • What is the youngest age that can register?

    All race age limits are listed in the category restrictions when you complete the respective race. Essentially the youngest age that needs to have an official registration is 3 years of age.

  • Are prams allowed on the course?

    YES!!! Prams are allowed in the McDonald’s 2.5km Hero Run, QCHF 5k Corporate Challenge and Kennard’s 5K Fun Run. Please note though that all PRAMS must start in ZONE C of the race start for safety reasons. To get access to the start line simply follow the signs and of course check the map.

  • Can we get a Course Map on the day?

    Printed Course Maps will be available for collection on Race Pack Collection Day, as well as Event Day. Course Maps will also be available in our Official Race Guide which will be out 3 weeks prior to the Festival.


    Course Maps section of the website and a large map will be blown up available for viewing at the event site.

  • What do we need on the day?

    Comfy joggers, energy and your Race Bib which you would have collected in your Race Pack on Saturday.


    Feel free to bring along some drinks to place at the Special Drink Stops if you are in one of the long runs!

  • Where and when will the presentations be held?

    Presentation are held from 9:30am and the order will be based on having the top 3 finishes available from the provisional results are all up. This all happens generally around 9.30AM but is dependent on any protests/results.

  • Where will the Administration/Registration desk be located?

    Follow the signs and look for “Administration” near the big tent and you’ll find us. Or ask any one of our friendly volunteers.

  • Can merchandise be purchased online and on the day?

    Yes – stay tuned as we release these soon


    Merchandise can also be purchased only over the festival weekend. This means during check-in on Saturday and of course during the day on Sunday. All Merchandise is sold via the designated tent which is located next to the stage.

  • Will there be first aid available along the track?

    Paramedics are located along the Finish Line and our volunteers are always of a watchful eye for runners in distress or in need of assistance.

  • Are pets allowed in the area?

    No you are not permitted to run with an animal nor are you allowed an animal in the Jezzine Barracks area.

  • Will food be available?

    Sure will! There is a variety of food stalls available for a pre and post-race snack, as well as fresh fruit available to all of our runner’s thanks to COLES.

  • When are results available?

    LIVE results are available via the results page.

  • Are there toilets at the even and on the course?

    Toilets are located at the Race Precinct and along the Course. Please refer to your Race Information Sheet for exact locations of amenities, as these vary between course distances.

  • When does entry close?

    Registrations are currently open. Volume-based discounts apply to each race and is a first in best-dressed approach. Normal rates apply thereafter.
