Categories
All age categories are taken as age on the day of the event.
Minimum ages apply. Marathon minimum age is 18 years old. Half Marathon minimum age is 15 years old, however conditions do apply. Please contact hello@townsvillerunningfestival.com for more information. 10K Classic minimum age is 15 years old.
Marathon, Half Marathon and 10km (male and female)
15 – 17, 18 – 29, 30 – 39, 40 – 49, 50 – 59, 60 – 69, 70 plus

5km Junior Fun Run (male and female)
Under 13 , 15-17 years
5km Walkers and adults do get trophies.
Prize Money
Trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd will be presented to overall winners in each race and 1st only to age category winners. There are trophies in the Adult 5km Run/Walk but no prize money. Trophies and prizes must be collected at the post-race presentation. All prize money winners will be contacted post race for bank details.
Prizes
Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female in the Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K Classic and the 5K Junior Fun Run/ Walk; as well as for course records in all races.
